I like to take the pressure off you and work out all the timings I need to ensure a stress free, relaxing and fun experience.
I am available to travel out to your home or venue for parties of 3 or more.

Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
The Client: The recipient of the service and name listed on the booking form
Makeup Artist: Dayna Mansfield
The Agreement: The contract that exists between the client and the makeup artist for the agreed fee
The fee: The amount payable by the client to the makeup artist for the services listed above
The event: Relates in principle to the date where by the event (i.e. the wedding) takes place
The party: Additional members of the bridal party
2. Securing the booking of the event
The booking of the event is only reserved once theclient has paid a non-refundable booking fee of £75 to the makeup artist. Thiscan be made via bank transfer only.Your booking fee is for the reservation of yourwedding date agreed at the time of booking and is non-transferable. Once thebooking fee has been paid, the services are non-deductable due to the amount oftime the artist has set aside for the booking. This is to protect the clientsbooking, as well as the artists business.The booking fee goes towards admin time and will bededucted from the final wedding cost.The client will have 7 days from the trial date toconfirm if they wish to proceed with their booking.
3. Payment
Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer,cheques will not be accepted.Any non-refundable booking fee will be deducted fromthe final cost due on the day. Agreed fees in relation to any trials must be paid onthe day of trial in Cash or via Bank Transfer no less than 24 hours before.The full package fee has to be paid for in full twoweeks (14 days) before the event.Failure to pay the fee within the stated time canresult in the event being cancelled by the Makeup Artist.Payment becomes non-refundable if cancelling within the14 days that the balance is due.
4. Responsibility of the client
The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behavior.
5. Cancellations/ Amendments
The client has the right to cancel the booking at anytime up until 8 weeks before the wedding. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to your wedding date will incur a 50% charge of the final total, excluding your booking fee. The makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation as the booking fee and all deposits are non refundable.The client can cancel a trial at any point, however atrial cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for at the agreed rate. Changes to event date are subject to availability and will incur a £50 charge, payable at the time of amendment. Once the booking fee has been paid, the services are non-deductable due to the amount of time the artist has set aside for the booking. Any cancellation of bridal party members will not affect the final amount due. Any unlikely cancellations made by the makeup artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of their obligations and where no other suitable alternative can begiven -will result in a refund to the client, minus the initial booking fee. No further compensation will be offered.If the booking is directly affected by circumstancesbeyond the control of the makeup artist every possible endeavor to rectify such situations will be made, however no compensation will be offered on the makeupartist’s part. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance tocover against such situations.
6. Photography
The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages. Any objections should be made in writing to dcm.mua@gmail.com.
7. TravelExpenses
The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the makeup artist as agreed at time of booking.This is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges.Travel within a 5 mile radius of SO30 will not be subject to any charges. Mileage outside of this radius is charged at a rate of£0.60p per mile.Travel in excess of 2 hours for a return journey will be subject to a £10 Travel Surcharge per each additional hour.Charges will be applied for unsociable hours. Start times prior to 6.00am will incur a £60 charge.If the location is further than 2 hours one way, a hotel stay the night before the wedding may be required, and will be quoted at the time of booking.
8. Insurance
Dayna Mansfield is insured by Salon Gold with a public liability indemnity of up to £3,000,000.
